I went through the drive thru and asked for a Southern Style Chicken Biscuit, sub a regular hamburger bun and the girl told me to hold on so she could ask if they could do it. I've been doing it at lots of McDonald's' for years. After a few minutes, she tells me they can and then I pull up to the window to pay and she hands me my food and I look into the bag and there are no napkins and my sandwich's bun wasn't even toasted; it was cold. I ended up having to return my food and get my money back and the manager didn't seem to care that I wasn't happy. I will never return again.January 02, 2017
