  I've been to other Firehouses, and while they are amazing, this one in particular always gets on my nerves. Time and time again I've had to deal with this same girl who is rude with her customers including myself, and even argued with my Dad at one point about how she made one of our subs. Most of the workers do not seem to have been trained properly, and they somehow miraculously always mess up my sub. My sub is one of the simplest to make, which is a large white sub with ham and swiss, with shaker mix and mayonnaise. That's it. And they always mess that up somehow. Every other Firehouse I've been to the subs come out hot and steamy, but here they are only somewhat warm. The sweet tea is always stale, and sometimes it tastes like it is never changed out. Every time I have come I have come with benefit of the doubt and good expectations, and it is ruined every time.
  
  I still give it two stars only because it is Firehouse Subs, and normally they are amazing.
